Rachel Grossinger, Owner and Founder was born and raised in Maryland. She has a wide-breadth of Marketing experience, ranging from Media Buying to Channel Partnerships, as well as Digital Channels for E-Commerce and B2B Saas lead gen, funnel build-outs, and more. She takes pride in open, honest communication with clients, making sure to set realistic goals and expectations. Her philosophy is "no BS, no fluff". We are here to guide you along your journey as experts, and in doing so, we provide a 1-on-1 experience from start to finish. No one client is the same, so solutions are tailored accordingly.

Joie Stansbury, Partner and Account Lead was born and raised in New Jersey. She is a true entrepreneur at heart, with the grit to power through any challenge with thoughtful solutions. She takes great pride in developing meaningful relationships with her clients, making sure to communicate and check-in frequently throughout projects in order to align actions with goals and adapt as needed. She has a leadership background in TelCom and owns her own Pet Care business which is a passion of hers, as well. Some of her clients have been known to call her "the pet whisperer".

Melanie has many years in the Marketing Agency space and has worked with clientele across the board, offering strategic advice and planning based on client goals and KPIs.

Sid is well versed in all things performance marketing. He oversees our creative team as well as our social media execution. He is a content guru, which includes copywriting, video dev., graphics and more.
